Privacy Policy

1. Calculator inputs

Numbers you enter into any calculator are processed by JavaScript running in your browser. They are not sent to, received by, stored by, or logged by this Site or its operator. If you use a “copy link” feature on a calculator, the inputs are encoded into the page URL on your own device so you can share or bookmark them; the Site does not receive that link unless you open it, and even then the inputs are read by your browser, not by a server.

2. Information collected automatically

Hosting. The Site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical information with each request — IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page, and similar — and uses it to deliver the Site, prevent abuse, and provide aggregate traffic statistics. Cloudflare’s handling of this data is described in its privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

Third-party libraries. Pages load styling, font, icon, and charting libraries from content-delivery networks (cdn.tailwindcss.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net, cdnjs.cloudflare.com, fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Those providers receive the technical request information described above in order to serve the files.

Analytics. The Site does not use a separate analytics service beyond Cloudflare’s aggregate statistics.

3. Advertising and cookies

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites, to measure ad performance, and to limit how often you see an ad.

Third-party ad vendors may use cookies that this Site does not control. This Site does not itself set cookies for tracking.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising cookies are set only after consent is given through a Google-certified consent management platform.

4. Email

If you email hello@breakevenmath.com or corrections@breakevenmath.com, the Site receives whatever you choose to send, and uses it only to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence. Messages are not added to any marketing list. The Site has no contact form and no user accounts.

5. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the calculators will continue to work. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. This Site does not sell personal information. 7. Security

Pages are served over HTTPS. Because calculator inputs never leave your device, there is no server-side store of user inputs to secure.

8. Changes

Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes are noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
